Popcorn!
In 2014 we finally got around to making our own caramel corn. It was so popular that in 2015 we invested in new equipment so we could have our own little "popcorn factory," and dramatically increase our flavor selection. We now make over 30 varieties of gourmet, handmade caramel, candy and savory popcorns now sold in specialty food stores across the country.
All are made from our own recipes in our own little factory on the Oregon coast. Some are even made with real Northwest fruit juices and one recipe, "Stout and Pretzels" even uses real Oregon craft stout. You won't find them anywhere else, and trust that I ate and approved of every one while I was taking these pictures. They are all good in their own way, but I do have my favorites. I hope our selection is wide enough that you may discover your own.
