ONLINE SHIPPING CHARGES: Orders over $125 shipping to one US address, ship at no charge. Otherwise, standard (Ground) shipping charges will be added to your order upon checkout. For details, please see the rate table below. For orders shipping outside the U.S., or for expedited orders, we apologize that rate charges cannot be calculated at checkout. When we receive your order, we will contact you with the best rate before processing. We apologize for any inconvenience. NOTE: Free shipping is ground service only and cannot be used to ship chocolates in hot weather unless you are within two days ground service from our factory in Coos Bay. SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATE TABLE: The following table lists current shipping charges for standard (ground) delivery within the United States, and they will be added to your order upon checkout. All charges are based on the dollar amount to EACH shipping address. To quality for free shipping, your qualified purchase must ship to ONE U.S. address.

HOT WEATHER SHIPPING: Due to the limited life of ice packs and to ensure product quality, all chocolate and ivory-coated products ordered between May 1 and October 1 (or when we feel there is a weather issue with your order's destination) must arrive at their destination within two days. (Chocolates begin to melt at 80 degrees.) If we feel your order will not arrive in good condition via ground service, you will be contacted before your order ships to discuss your options and costs. Please remember that all jelly candy products, without chocolate, are NOT heat sensitive and can ship via standard service anytime, anywhere. Please call us if you have any questions. Note also that no heat sensitive products are shipped on Fridays.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING: If you need to guarantee a delivery date we offer Second Day, Saturday and Next Day Air Services. Due to highly volatile and variable rates, depending on location, we can no longer fairly offer flat rates for these services online. To get a rate quote please contact us or we will email you with charges before shipping your order. We apologize for this inconvenience.
ORDER PROCESSING: We ship online orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) via UPS or the USPS Priority Mail service. Expedited orders placed by phone prior to 12pm PST will ship same day (Mon. through Friday in cool weather, Monday through Thursday in hot). Ground or Standard delivery orders may ship the same day, but during the holidays may take us several days to process. When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number for your purchase. You can also return to our website and check on your order status. For weekend and other shipping options, please call us at 1-800-527-5748 (9:30am - 5:30pm PST) Monday through Saturday.
HOLIDAY ORDERING: To avoid any processing delay, we highly recommend ordering early. Many customers ask us to hold early orders to arrive closer to the holidays and we are happy to do so. Simply make a note to hold your order for holiday delivery in the comments area of your order form.
