I love sour candy, but most of it is artificial stuff that's made for kids.  

I thought, why not make a naturally flavored acid-forward candy that's balanced for a more adult palate?

Using a combination of fruit acids and premium fruit juices, we went to work. The result is our FruiTarts line of sour pates de fruits.

Like our other pates de fruits, each batch takes weeks from start to finish due to our secret reduction process which intensifies the flavor and produces the perfect texture. All are gluten free, fat free, naturally flavored and vegan friendly, made with no animal products. They're just fruit, sugar, fruit acids, fruit pectin and a dash of old fashioned plain corn syrup to inhibit crystallization and to preserve texture.
