Pates de Fruits
You wouldn't add corn starch to a glass of your favorite fruit juice so why would you want it in your favorite fruit candy? We don't use starch or gelatin to thicken our fruit jellies and that's what makes fruit pates different from other jelly candies you may have tried.
Although our secret reduction process takes weeks from start to finish, the result is a pure fruit candy, unclouded by gummy starches, sparkling with intense flavor and available nowhere else. All are only flavored with what you would expect - real fruit and fruit juices or, depending on the variety, wine, beer or hard cider.
Our jelly candies contain:
No gluten. (Exclusive of beer varieties.)
No artificial colors, flavorings or preservatives.
No high fructose corn syrup.
Only pure cane sugar.
