Why Our Fudge Tastes Different

These days almost all fudge companies use pre-mixed bases in steam kettles, then stir in flavors for variety. We do it the old way: from-scratch recipes developed in-house, cooked in small batches, and tuned for a fine, creamy finish.  We use no mixes.  Ever.

Our first original—cranberry fudge—dates to the 1970s uses only natural ingredients like real cranberry juice, butter and cream.  And, our most talked-about best seller is Cheddar Cheese Fudge—bright orange, sweet-and-cheesy, and proudly polarizing, created as an homage to Bandon cheddar.
