From Kernels to Crunch

We started popping in 2014, then in 2015 invested in gear for our own little “popcorn factory,” expanding into 30-plus flavors that can now be found in specialty stores around the country. These days, Caramel is the runaway favorite, with Bigfoot Rainforest Crunch close behind.

Some recipes even lean regional: a few use real Northwest fruit juices, and Stout & Pretzels features Oregon craft stout. All are made in our own small factory on the Oregon Coast.
