To make our peppermint cookies, we start with the same buttery smooth shortbread that is the base for our "Powderz" all-butter tea cookies.  Then, we add a little Oregon heirloom "Black Mitcham" pepper­mint oil, dunk them in premium dark chocolate, and sprinkle them with peppermint crunch.
