To make our own chocolate espresso beans, we sourced locally roasted beans, looking for a special small batch roast that would be deeply flavorful and easily munched - sort of crunchy like a good shortbread. These beans are poured into our panner, dusted with cocoa, and then tumbled while being slowly drizzled with premium, non-GMO, sustainably sourced chocolate. They're the freshest, crunchiest, most flavorful beans we've ever tasted! Available in milk or dark chocolate.
