Brittles & Toffee
We make our caramels, nut brittles and almond toffee the old-fashioned way. Into a large copper kettle we stir only the finest natural ingredients - fresh butter, crunchy nutmeats and Madagascar bourbon vanilla. Poured onto a marble slab and immediately sealed into confectionary bags, the taste is both undeniably fresh and provocatively indulgent.
