SUMMER SHIPPING: To ensure product quality, all chocolate and ivory coated products ordered between May 1 and October 1 MUST ship 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air as our ice packs last only two days in transit. This does not apply in Oregon where UPS Ground Shipments arrive within one business day. Please call us if you have any questions. No heat sensitive products are shipped on Fridays. EXPEDITED SHIPPING: If you need to guarantee a delivery date we offer both Second Day and Next Day Air services, which you may choose during checkout. For Second Day delivery there is a surcharge of $15. For Next Day delivery there is a surcharge of $25. These charges are in addition to the standard/ground charges to your order. (Please note: These services are not available to ship to P.O Boxes.) ORDER PROCESSING: We ship most online orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) via UPS, but may use the USPS if shipping to P.O. Boxes or other addresses that UPS does not service, or if we feel another carrier will deliver your order more efficiently. "Next Day," and "2nd Day Air," orders received before 12pm (Pacific Time) Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day, unless, due to warm weather issues, we will hold your order so that it does not sit anywhere over the weekend while in transit. (Expedited weekend orders will be shipped the next business day.) Ground or Standard delivery orders may ship the same day, but during the holidays may take us several days to process. When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number for your purchase. SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATE TABLE: The following table lists current shipping charges for ground or standard delivery within the continental United States, and they will be added to your order upon checkout. All charges are based on the dollar amount to EACH shipping address. Due to system limitations, for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada, or for orders over $400, your shipping charges WILL NOT be added to your order at checkout. For Alaska, Hawaii and Canada shipments, you may either call us for current charges or we will notify you before processing your order. For orders over $400, shipping WITHIN the continguous United States, we will add 19% to your order before processing.
